White cabinetry, a plaster range hood and a white oak island. Kitchen work for Milton homeowners is the most demanding finish in the house, and the most requested job we take across Halton Region — doors come off, get degreased, sanded and sprayed off-site, and go back on hardware that has been kept in order.

Milton grew fast, so most of it is 2000s-onward subdivision housing finished to builder standard — interior repaints and trim upgrades dominate, with Old Milton the exception.
Every corner of Milton is covered, and most of what borders it — call 289-988-1318 if your street is not named above.
Milton is the newest housing stock we work in regularly. The town roughly quadrupled in twenty years, and Hawthorne Village, Clarke, Willmott, Scott, Beaty, Coates and Dempsey are almost entirely 2000s-onward construction. That means the walls are straight, the drywall is sound, and there is nothing structurally wrong with any of it — the issue is purely that developer paint is thin, flat and chosen to be inoffensive rather than to be lived with.
So the Milton job is the whole-home interior repaint, and it is usually the first one the house has ever had. Homeowners here are often surprised by how much difference the trim and doors make. Builder trim is typically finished in the same flat white as everything else; taking it to a proper semi-gloss or satin in a slightly different white is a small line on a quote and the single most visible change in the house.
Old Milton is the exception to all of the above — genuinely older housing along the original streets, with painted wood and the preparation requirements that come with it.
Milton sits right at the escarpment, and the properties backing onto it or up toward Kelso get more wind and more weather than the interior subdivisions do. Exterior wood on those lots — decks, fences, pergolas, garden structures — takes a beating and wants stain on a regular cycle rather than paint. We are out that way often enough to know which streets those are.

Milton grew fast, so most of it is 2000s-onward subdivision housing finished to builder standard — interior repaints and trim upgrades dominate, with Old Milton the exception. It matters because preparation decides how long a finish lasts, and what a Milton house needs depends entirely on which of those it is. We quote from what we see on your Milton walls, not from a price list.
Typically 1–3 weeks from quote acceptance, depending on the season. Interior work runs year-round here; exterior and deck staining on the escarpment-side lots is best booked for late spring. Call 289-988-1318 for current availability in Milton.

Benjamin Moore (Aura, Regal Select, Advance), Sherwin-Williams (Emerald, Duration), PPG, and Farrow & Ball on luxury projects. Decks, fences and pergolas on the lots backing onto the escarpment take real weather and want stain on a regular cycle rather than paint. We never use builder-grade or economy paint.
Yes — general liability insurance and WSIB coverage. Proof of insurance is available on request, and we re-confirm both for every commercial or condo board project.
Milton drywall is new and straight, so preparation is light — the work is in cutting clean lines and giving the builder trim a proper satin or semi-gloss finish. Preparation is around 60% of a quality paint job and we never skip it — filling, sanding, priming and masking all happen before any colour goes on, and we clean up daily.
