Defects in our application — peeling, lap marks, or holidays (missed spots) that come back to our workmanship rather than to the surface or the product. If something we applied fails within the coverage period, we come back and correct it.
The limited warranties are satisfied by touching up the affected area rather than repainting a whole wall, room, or elevation. We match the original product and colour so the correction blends.
The 20 years is the manufacturer’s warranty on the Romabio mineral coating itself, which is a different chemistry from conventional exterior paint — it bonds into masonry rather than forming a film over it. Our workmanship coverage on that work is 2 years.
It follows the product specified for your project — Romabio, Sherwin-Williams, or Benjamin Moore. Your written estimate names the product line, so the applicable coverage is clear before you approve the work.
