Our Process

Plans and site review

We review drawings, specifications, substrate readiness, access, phasing, finish schedules, and trade dependencies.

Scope and proposal

The proposal records surfaces, preparation, products, application, allowances, exclusions, milestones, and payment terms.

Samples and schedule

Colour and sheen samples are approved, then mobilization and return visits are aligned with the live construction programme.

Production and reporting

A project lead coordinates the crew, documents progress, raises RFIs, and prices changes before extra work starts.

Deficiency closeout

Lighting is checked, deficiencies are logged and corrected, touch-up materials are labelled, and the final scope is signed off.

Documented custom-home work

The Richmond Hill project records full new-build finishing inside and out, including sprayed trim, doors and casings, detailed stair work, and coordinated exterior details. The public case study uses original Sigma photography and does not fill missing product or duration details with estimates.
